Hello & thanks for visiting our updated 2007 site.  We have a new programme of holidays, courses & tuition scheduled for this year but our ethos remains unchanged; we will provide enjoyable, structured learning for all in a relaxed, friendly environment.  Our 4th year in the Minervois sees ever more enthusiasm for our work, fascination with the region & wonder at the quality of light.
